SUNSET FARMS GSP HEALTH GUARANTEE

 

Sunset Farms GSP guarantees all of the puppies to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased. We guarantee the puppy to be free of any LIFE THREATENING congenital defects. Also covered are Canine Distemper, Ademovirous Type 2, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus. This Portion of the guarantee is valid for one year and ONLY if the booster shots are administered on time with the proof of booster shots: (DHPP (vaccines for distemper, adenovirus [hepatitis], parainfluenza, and parvovirus) Coronavirus, Leptospirosis, Bordetella, Lyme disease) from a licensed Veterinarian.

A licensed Veterinarian must examine your puppy within 72 hours of delivery. If there is a problem, our veterinarian will interpret the report and if he/she concurs, then a replacement puppy or refund will be given of the dog’s price. We will not refund or cover any transportation charges. Notification of the initial examination (within 72 hours) is necessary to make a claim for a new puppy/refund. We will not cover any vet charges. The original puppy must be returned alive within 24 hours with all paperwork pertaining to claim and initial sale.

            We guarantee our dogs to be free of genetically related problems. Genetically related problems covered by our guarantee: Hip dysplasia, Elbow, Thyroid, Patella disorders, Eye blindness. The OFA Certifications are to be done when the dog is 2 (two) years of age. The genetic guarantee is good for 30 (thirty) months.

            The seller’s health, hip and genetic guarantee does not apply if any injury, illness, disease or fatality develops as a direct result of the dog being overweight or malnourished.

         

*Food – Purina ProPlan (SAVOR) – 3 times per day - ~1.5 cups per meal

*Dewormer – panacur C or Safeguard – Treat every 2-3 weeks until 16 weeks old – Treats Worms and Parasites
